Olien m\u00e5 gerne ryge. Skallerne kommes ved og steges godt igennem. Tils\u00e6t tomatpure og br\u00e6nd den lidt af i gryden. Kom rom p\u00e5 og flamb\u00e9r. S\u00e5 kommes gr\u00f8ntsagerne p\u00e5. R\u00f8r godt rundt i gryden og kom s\u00e5 vin og fiskefond p\u00e5. Der skal v\u00e6re v\u00e6ske til at det d\u00e6kker skallerne. Er der ikke det, s\u00e5 kom vand p\u00e5 for resten. Nu skal suppen koge i 20-25 minutter. Skum af med en hulske.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-286-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Efter 25 minutters kogning slukkes blusset. Suppen st\u00e5r i 10 minutter og tr\u00e6kker med skallerne i. Derp\u00e5 sies suppen. S\u00f8rg for at f\u00e5 det hele med! Man b\u00f8r nu have en god liter r\u00f8d-brun suppe, der smager himmelsk. Hvis den er et stykke fra himlen, skal den bare koges mere ind.
